The purpose of Socket Screws

The outer edge of the screw head of the hexagon socket screw is round and the middle is a concave hexagon. The hexagon socket screw is the common screw head with a hexagonal edge.

The Allen screwdriver looks like a "7". It is made by cutting both ends of a hexagonal steel bar and then bending it at 90 degrees to become an Allen screw wrench. It is sold in hardware tool stores.

Hexagon socket screws are often used in machinery. They have the main advantages of being easy to tighten and disassemble, and not easy to slip.

Hexagonal wrenches generally have a 90° bend, with one end of the bend long and one side short. When using the short side to drive screws, holding the long side can save a lot of effort and tighten the screws better. The long end has a round head (a hexagonal cylinder similar to a sphere) and a flat head. The round head can be easily inserted into the Socket Screws hole and removed easily.
